Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will take on a key leadership role in managing the company's marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to introduce and grow the market share of A&C Future’s products across B2C and B2B channels, including electric RVs, modular homes, and sustainable living technologies.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities by conducting competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and trend forecasting specific to the RV, clean technology, and prefabricated housing sectors.
  • Formulate and oversee branding, promotional, and communication strategies—including the development of websites, press releases, multimedia content, and social media engagement—to elevate A&C Future’s public image and investor appeal.
  • Lead pricing strategies and revenue models to maximize profitability and market penetration, adjusting approaches based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Manage key partnerships, acquisitions, and product positioning efforts, especially in coordination with strategic partners like Pininfarina and suppliers in the EV and smart tech industries.
  • Direct and supervise marketing, sales, business development, and customer experience teams, ensuring alignment with corporate KPIs and market expansion goals.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and technological rollouts, including launch events, trade shows, and customer education initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing and lead generation campaigns using data-driven performance analysis and ROI metrics.
  • Engage with government funding agencies and sustainability networks to promote A&C’s alignment with green energy goals and attract institutional support.
  • Report to the CEO and Board on key commercial performance indicators, budget forecasts, and long- term brand development plans.
Required Skills and Qualities:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, foreign education equivalency acceptable.
  • 24 months of experience as a marketing manager or similar marketing position with electric vehicle manufacturing or design companies.
  • Proficient in marketing and social media tools such as Adobe, Canva, and Zoho.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in SEO Optimization and project management tools such as Smartsheet.
Offered Wage:
$140,000 per year
